In 2026 he has delivered agentic AI programmes in local government and defence, and is currently leading one in energy regulation. The work covers AI agents from discovery to production, with guardrails, human-in-the-loop design and evaluation built in.
Before that he led senior transformation programmes across central government and commercial M&A. His AI work rests on two decades as Lead, Enterprise and Chief Architect on critical government programmes.
He holds active SC clearance, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and teaches digital transformation and digital leadership at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.
